1. What is your jewellery made from?
Our jewellery is crafted on a 304/316 stainless steel or brass base with 18K gold plating. These materials are chosen for their durability, everyday wearability, and suitability for most skin types. Like all plated jewellery, they perform best with basic care.
2. Is your jewellery hypoallergenic?
Our stainless steel pieces are nickel-free and generally well-tolerated by most skin types, including sensitive skin. That said, every person's skin is different and we can't guarantee zero reaction for everyone. If you have a known metal allergy, we recommend checking the material of your specific piece before purchase.
3. Can I wear my jewellery in water?
We'd recommend avoiding it where possible. While our stainless steel pieces hold up better to moisture than many other metals, no plated jewellery is fully waterproof. Regular exposure to water, sweat, and humidity can gradually affect the plating over time. It's best to remove your pieces before swimming, bathing, or washing hands to keep them looking their best for longer.
4. How should I care for my jewellery?
A little care goes a long way. Wipe your pieces gently with a soft dry cloth after wear, avoid contact with perfumes, hairsprays, and harsh chemicals, and store them separately in a soft pouch or zip-lock bag. Removing your jewellery before water exposure and physical activity will also help extend its life and finish.
5. Will the jewellery tarnish or rust?
Our pieces are tarnish-resistant and with regular care they can maintain their finish for a long time, but like all plated jewellery, the coating can gradually wear with daily use, friction, or exposure to moisture and chemicals. 6. Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
Unfortunately, once an order is confirmed, it cannot be canceled or altered as we process orders swiftly to ensure timely delivery.
7. Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email and SMS with your tracking details. You can use the provided link to check your order status anytime.
8. Can I return or exchange a product?
We do not offer returns. In case of a missing item or incorrect order, store credit will be issued (valid for 3 months). Exchange is currently not applicable unless agreed upon, with to-and-fro shipping costs borne by the customer. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for full details.
9. Do you ship internationally?

10. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and popular wallets. Every transaction on our website is 100% secure and hassle-free.
