1. What is your jewelry made from?
Our jewelry is thoughtfully curated using high-quality, anti-tarnish, water-resistant materials like stainless steel and premium alloy with gold plating. These pieces are designed for durability, everyday elegance, and are gentle on the skin.
2. Is your jewelry hypoallergenic?
Yes — our pieces are crafted from skin-safe, hypoallergenic materials, making them suitable for sensitive skin and everyday wear without irritation.
3. Can I wear my jewelry in water?
Absolutely! Our pieces are water-resistant and anti-tarnish, perfect for daily wear. However, for prolonged shine and longevity, we recommend avoiding harsh chemicals and extreme humidity.
4. How should I care for my jewelry?
While our jewelry is durable and water-resistant, a little love goes a long way. Wipe your pieces gently with a soft cloth after use, avoid exposure to perfumes, hairsprays, and store them separately in zip-lock bags to maintain their luster.
5. Will the jewelry tarnish or rust?
Our jewelry is crafted to resist tarnishing and rusting. However, to maintain its best condition, it’s advised to follow the care instructions provided.
6. Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
Unfortunately, once an order is confirmed, it cannot be canceled or altered as we process orders swiftly to ensure timely delivery.
7. Can I track my order?
Yes — once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email and SMS with your tracking details. You can use the provided link to check your order status anytime.
8. Can I return or exchange a product?
We do not offer returns. In case of a missing item or incorrect order, store credit will be issued (valid for 3 months). Exchange is currently not applicable unless agreed upon, with to-and-fro shipping costs borne by the customer. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for full details.
9. Do you ship internationally?

We accept all major credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and popular wallets. Every transaction on our website is 100% secure and hassle-free.
