Return, Refund and Exchange Policy

At herआभरण, we take pride in offering carefully curated jewelry pieces of the highest quality. To maintain the integrity of our services and ensure fairness to all customers, please review our return, refund and exchange policy below:

📦 Returns : We regret to inform you that we do not accept returns for any products once the order has been placed. Kindly review your order carefully before confirming your purchase.

📦 Missing Item / Incorrect Order : In the unlikely event that you receive an incorrect product or an item is missing from your package, we request you to inform us within 2 days of receiving your order. An unboxing video from the beginning of package opening, without any cuts or edits, clearly showing the issue is mandatory for claim verification. Once the issue is validated, we will either arrange to ship the correct item (if available) or issue a store credit equivalent to the product value, which must be redeemed within 3 months from the date of issue.

Please note, we do not offer monetary refunds for missing or incorrect items.

♻️ Exchange : We currently do not offer exchanges for any products.

If, under exceptional circumstances, an exchange is approved, the customer will be responsible for bearing the shipping charges to and fro, amounting to ₹200. The exchange will be arranged only for the same delivery address as the original order, and the entire process may take approximately 12-15 working days.

❌ Refunds : Please note that we do not provide refunds under any circumstances. Any issue concerning a missing or incorrect product must be reported within 2 days of delivery. Requests raised beyond this period will not be eligible for resolution. If validated, we will issue a store credit equivalent to the product value, which must be redeemed within 3 months from the date of issue. The decision of herआभरण in such matters shall be final and binding.
